DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF TORONTO?
Yes, we are worldwide and will travel anywhere. There is a travel fee that may apply.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
A 40% deposit is required and a signed agreement to reserve your day.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept certified cheques, e-Transfer, PayPal and all major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET OUR PHOTOS?
It takes approximately 8-10 weeks to get the final images, but you’ll get a sneak peek online within a few days of your event. Final images include editing and colour correcting so that all shots are perfect.
DO WE GET AN ONLINE GALLERY?
Yes! Every package includes password protected online gallery that is super easy to share with your friends and families.
ARE ALL THE PHOTOS EDITED?
All images are individually assessed for colour and tone, and edited appropriately. If fine art prints or albums are ordered, a little more editing will go into the selected images.
CAN WE PRINT OUR OWN PHOTOS?
Yes of course! All of our packages include high resolution images on a USB flash drive ready for you to print. We also offer professional printing services at a competitive prices.
WHAT EQUIPMENT ARE YOU USING?
We use Canon 5D MK Ill bodies with only highest quality lenses. Our backup equipment is the same quality gear as our primary equipment. We also use several top of the range professional lighting gear and modifiers.
DO YOU OFFER CINEMATOGRAPHY?
We do not offer cinematography presently. However, we have great working relationships with some talented cinematographers. We’ll be happy to pass their information to our clients.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE COVERAGE?
Yes, we have commercial general liability coverage and our property and equipment is also insured.
